Troubleshooting Paris-2002

From PDA Maps

To troubleshoot the problems with Paris-2002 you can follow these steps.

  1. Is there enough free memory on the PDA device?
  2. Can you verify that the file was successfully installed (from the launcher on the Palm - App/Info)? The map is 9884 bytes.
  3. Do you have HandMap installed? Is it registered?
  4. Can you view other maps (including the demo map included with HandMap)?
  5. Is the map shown in the list of maps (HandMap - View/Maps)?
